This class will help you get back into great shape whilst bonding with your baby.
One of the main barriers to exercise after birth is the guilt of leaving your baby. At Our Fit Mam Happy Baby exercise classes you can avoid that feeling of guilt by bringing your little one to the classes with you.
The ‘Fit Mam Happy Baby’ exercise class has been designed for mothers to include their baby in their workout.
This makes the training not only effective in helping you get back into great shape whilst ‘juggling’ being a mam, but also makes it a fun experience for both mother and baby.
This class is a low impact 45 minute HIIT session. You can carry your baby as part of the workout, however, we know babies often like to sleep so worry not, weights can be used as an alternative.
We know exercise can be daunting, especially after birth therefore our Fit Mam Happy Baby exercise classes are the perfect opportunity for you to kick start your Postnatal health and fitness journey with other new mum’s!
This is a great opportunity for bonding whilst Mum gets fit and healthy, as well as meeting new mothers and babies.
Fit Mam Happy Baby exercise classes are every Wednesday 11am till 11.45am.
