The bootcamp sessions are 3 times per week at different venues in order to keep you mentally stimulated as well as to test your fitness in a variety of ways.
Tuesday and Thursday night sessions at St Anthony’s Park are a mixture of metabolic conditioning and speed and agility drills and Sunday is fun and games at beach bootcamp at King Edwards Bay.
The Tuesday and Thursday sessions last 45 minutes and the Sunday morning beach bootcamp is 1 hour long. The bootcamp sessions are fun yet challenging and are designed for all fitness levels where adaptations can be giving to make the workout harder or easier.
