HIT TRIBE sessions include weight training and HIIT (high intensity interval training). The sessions are progressive and varied to ensure you see results and never get bored. There is a maximum of 16 members per group which allows me to give each member individual attention and tailor the sessions to each person’s needs.
Whether you are brand new to exercise or have been training for years you will get a great workout suitable for your current level of fitness.
HIT TRIBE sessions will help you get fitter, stronger, leaner and healthier whilst you have loads of fun. There is a great community spirit and you will be made to feel part of the HIT TRIBE family.
You can sign up below for just £79 for 1 month of 2 sessions per week or £99 for 3 sessions per week and if you enjoy the sessions and would like to continue you can sign up on a monthly membership.
