However, our Active Agers programme for ages 55 plus slows down the ageing process to allow you to enjoy your well earned retirement and enjoy an excellent quality of life in later life.
Regular exercise will dramatically improve your quality of life through helping you to maintain and often improve your strength, stamina, mobility and flexibility so you can carry out everyday tasks easier.
